A unique member benefit is the ALA’s charity/scholarship selection program. We recognize that sometimes it is difficult to find like-minded individuals to help in reaching charitable goals. As a member of the ALA, you’ll be able to vote to support the charities or scholarships of your choice. Organizations that receive the most votes from ALA members get unrestricted donations, meaning they get to use those funds to meet their most crucial needs. We strengthen your voice and contribute to the local community.
