3. To comply with State Board regulations and to receive your certificate: Please note that you will need to record 4-8 passwords during the Webinar. At the conclusion of the event, you will need to enter the webinar passwords into question #4 of the course evaluation form (you will see this when you click on the course evaluation link). In addition, you will also be expected to participate in any polls presented during the webinar. Once we receive your completed evaluation survey, a copy of your certificate will be emailed to you in a few days. PA attorney credits will be reported to the PACLE board promptly.
