Richard S. Brown, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Penn State University-Harrisburg. He holds a B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University, an M.B.A from Lehigh University and a Ph.D. from Temple University. He teaches courses such as Business Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Franchising, Leadership and Strategic Venture Planning. His primary research interests include corporate political activity and franchising.
