Sally Kuzdale
Sally Kuzdale is an extension of the senior team and oversees member services. Her team is directly responsible for all member interactions and communications, from questions about memberships, member dues and renewals, event registration, support for access to the member portal, technical support and any other calls that may come in.
As an entrepreneur herself, she understands the challenges of running a business and how critical is it to have an exceptional experience. Having years of experience managing a call center of 80 associates, seven team Leads, and two trainers, she understands the importance of documentation, training, and amazing customer service. She also understands staff development, employee morale and their impact on the bottom line.
